Nurse-led

Run by nurses, not by a management company

Ardent is owned and run by Roilann de Guzman, a critical-care nurse by training. In practice that means the judgement calls happen inside the house rather than on a phone tree — a change in breathing, a medication interaction, a resident who is suddenly not themselves.

It also means the person you reach is the person who runs the home. There is no regional office between you and a decision.
